Nothing says Thanksgiving like a real, live unbird. The Unturkey: A marvelous taste sensation of vital wheat gluten meat, covered in tofu skin and stuffed with bread crumbs. Cooked and basted in onions, molasses, fennel, sage, and other secret ingredients. A must for any large gathering.
Mmm... mmm... and no sad suffering turkey to weigh on your conscience...
